Laura Lee O’Driscoll Appointed as General Counsel, ARI

ARI is pleased to announce the appointment of Laura Lee O’Driscoll as General Counsel. Laura will join the ARI Executive team and report directly to CEO Ray Hernan.
Laura has been an integral part of ARI for the past four years, serving as Commercial Counsel on the ARI Legal & Regulatory team. With over a decade of experience in private practice, including time at the leading Irish law firm Mason Hayes & Curran, she has provided counsel to numerous high-profile multinational clients throughout her career.
Since joining ARI, Laura has played a key role in leading legal negotiations, managing contracts, and providing strategic direction. Her in-depth knowledge of ARI’s operations and strong working relationships within the organisation have greatly benefited the company.
On behalf of the entire executive team, I am delighted to announce Laura’s appointment as General Counsel. Her expertise and dedication have already made a significant impact on ARI. I am confident that, under her leadership, our legal and regulatory functions will continue to excel, supporting our strategic goals and nurturing strong partnerships with our stakeholders.
I am honoured and delighted to take on the role of General Counsel and to lead ARI’s Legal & Regulatory team.
