ARI’s travel retail podcast, ARI In Brief is back for a second series, following on from the successful inaugural series released in late 2024. This time around, ARI turns the microphone to a number of familiar figures within the business, speaking to some of the people responsible for delivering on ARI’s mission and bringing Joy On Your Way to life across its global estate.

Host Deirdre Roache, ARI’s Global Research & Insights Manager, probes guests in her signature charming and charismatic way, giving listeners an insight not only into the workings and ambitions of the business, but importantly getting to know the people being it.

We want to drive the conversation across the industry around how we can redefine the travel retail experience and continue to grow our customer proposition. It was important to offer this global platform to the people who are making Joy On Your Way a reality for passengers the world over, and to offer our partners and colleagues a greater insight into the ambitious journey we are on.

Ray Hernan

ARI CEO

I had the privilege of speaking with some truly inspirational figures from the wider industry for the first series of In Brief, and I was equally excited to turn the microphone within ARI for series 2.

We speak to people from different areas of the business, from different corners of the globe, each bringing a unique and inspiring perspective on the world of travel retail. Their passion for the customer and their hunger to constantly elevate the customer experience is truly inspiring.
